| 1988-1993 | Germano-french joint venture PHOTOTRONICS |
| 1993 | A group of SOLEMS employees buys out the partnership to develop customer specific solar energy and light detection |
| 2003 | A cash flow of 1 Meuros is reached |
| 2005-2008 | Start of ATOS project, with LPICM in Ecole Polytechnique, TOTAL, Saint Gobain and few other labs, for the scale-up of polymorphous silicon |
| 2010-2013 | Collaboration with SOLSIA start-up company, to develop SPLIT panels, result of ATOS project |
| 2013 | Implementation of the new generation PECVD reactor for the production of polymorphous and microcrystalline silicon devices. |
